Gianguido oversees project execution and client coordination, ensuring that each engagement meets BSI’s analytical and delivery standards. He manages consulting teams, supervises project leaders, and supports business development initiatives. With experience in data science and prior internships in tech environments, he applies quantitative rigor and analytical depth to both internal systems and client initiatives.
